Media Training

The ability to express thoughts clearly and persuasively in front of a camera or a microphone is a key competency for leaders. Our media training prepares boards, spokespersons, and experts for professional contact with the media – both in standard and crisis situations. We teach not only "how to speak", but above all "what to say", to maintain control over the message and build authority.
The training program includes:

  • Workshops on working with a camera and microphone (simulations of television and radio interviews)

  • Techniques for dealing with difficult and aggressive questions from journalists

  • Developing the so-called Message House (key messages) and Q&A

  • Body language and self-presentation in public speaking

  • Simulations of crisis situations and "reporters' sets"

  • Analysis of recordings and individual feedback from experienced journalists and PR trainers
